That day, the shadow of a black hill
Darker than a night,
Fell on this green earth like a
Curtain,over the western
Horizon.
I don't know where from it came.
I sat at empty heart beside a
Down stream.
Gradually, with the fall of stars
From my eye,
It had gone far away.
Some of the trees swayed back
And forth.
I tried to fly over the river
Like little birds,
Through the white mist of twilight,
To the noiceless, far sky.
I don't know where from to this world,
And to my life,
How it reached to my vain.
The shadow of a rain forest,
Once again
Harked the crying of emptiness.
I was sleepless on my couch.
The lonely moor of dewy, the wet grass
Into the half darkness,
Called me to play with a dancing deer
Before death.
I don't know where from to this world,
And to my life,
To my home yard, to my mind
It brought black rain.
